  TransPonder is about to start a search for a new Executive Director to help lead and guide TransPonder in its efforts in the years to come!    As TransPonder leadership considers what type of person would be a good fit from our perspective we also want to know what you, our community, think we should be looking for in hiring a new Executive Director. What personal and professional characteristics and skills does this person need to have to ensure that we're providing the most inclusive support and services to all of those who exist inside the transgender community?    Transgender people come from all cultures and all walks of life, so we understand how important it is to have someone leading this organization whom the community believes in.
