TransParent’s Portland chapter offers monthly virtual support group meetings on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm. Any Portland-area parent/guardian/caregiver in need of support as they love and care for their trans kids of all ages are welcome to attend. To receive the Zoom link invitation, please email portland.or@transparentusa.org

Purpose: To provide support, information and resources to help parents, caregivers and adult family members confidently navigate their gender-expansive child’s personal journey of self-discovery to authentic living. These meetings are for parents of trans or gender-expansive children of any age. Our meetings provide parents, caregivers and adult family members the opportunity to connect in a safe and confidential environment so that they may deepen their understanding through the shared experiences of other transforming families.
