Jalen Thompson
Born in Bradenton, Florida and raised in Daleville, Alabama, Jalen Thompson is an installation and performance artist that incorporates film, photography, and poetry into his work. You can listen to his seventh spoken word album titled “summertime blues” on most streaming platforms.
Jack Fluke
Jack Fluke is writing about his transgender thoughts, transgender experiences, and pesky human emotions. He wouldn’t be here without the communities that have helped him along the way. Love floats from him to his family, his friends, his shoes, and everything else that has supported him along the way.

Face coverings are encouraged for community safety but not required.

Proof of vaccination is required (a photo is acceptable), or proof of negative COVID test within 72 hours.
Accessibility Info
- We ask attendees to not wear fragrance.
- The venue is all on the ground floor and has ramp access.
- The building itself has no carpets and only a few rugs.
- There is a private bathroom which is also wheelchair accessible.
- There are four designated Handicap Parking spaces.
- There will be standard height dining tables available for those with accessibility needs; please inquire with the registration staff at the event.
- The performances are anticipated to be loud; please bring ear protection if you’re sensitive.
- We will be recording the event for anyone who can’t attend.
ASL interpreter will be there by the stage!
Make Your Own Mask!
We’ll have materials (a plain mask, paint, glue, gems, ribbon, etc.) to make your own mask. Come check out our art table in the hall during the event!
