PRIDE NIGHT AT PK PARK

What: Pride Night at the Eugene Emeralds game
When: Friday, June 23, Gates open 5:30P…Game start 6:35P
Where: PK Park (2800 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Eugene)
Who: All ages
$12 per ticket…portion to benefit Queer Eugene

Join TransPonder at PK Park on June 23rd for the Emeralds’ annual PRIDE Night. We will be tabling at the park along with some of our community friends and partners.

This event will include a panel discussion with MLB Executive Billy Bean and the first 1,000 fans will also receive a free fanny pack sponsored by Kendall Auto.

Tues, June 20: BOOK CLUB

Our virtual, all ages, LGBTQIA, & allies welcome book club meets every Tuesday @ 5p PT.

We read books for, about, and by trans and gender diverse people! Click the photo for more information, including our recommendation list and a way to get a free digital copy of our discussion books.

Tues, June 20: TRIVIA TUESDAYS

Join us for Trivia every Tuesday night this summer at Cornucopia in Springfield!

Trivia is free to play and teams may have up to 6 players each. There is limited capacity at the restaurant so come early to grab a table! There will be prizes and incentives for the winnings teams, plus Cornucopia will donate 10% of your check to TransPonder when shown the above graphic.

Wed, June 21: GENDER DIVERSE YOGA

New time! We meet at 6p for the summer. Now on Google Meet.

What: Yoga class
When: Wednesdays @ 6p; see our website for dates
Who: Trans/gender-diverse folks, ages 13+
Where: In person (Sheldon Community Center) & virtual (Google Meet)
FREE

Join us on Wednesdays @ 6p PT for a trans/gender-diverse yoga class at Sheldon Community Center (2445 Willakenzie Rd, Eugene) in the Hazelnut Room. There will be someone at the front desk who can direct you. We’ll have mats, blocks, straps, chairs, and bands available.

This class is made possible by a grant from Comunidad y Herencia Cultural and Eugene Arte Latino, and a partnership with the City of Eugene.⁠

Thurs, June 22: QUEER GROUP THERAPY

Just a reminder that our queer therapy group is happening on Thursday at 5:30-7p. This therapy group is for LGBTQIA folks, ages 18+, and those seeking to improve their wellness. You must see one of our behavioral health team members before attending group!

What: A support group for people who are queer or trans and are disabled
When: Thursdays @ 6p
Who: Queer & trans people who are disabled, ages 13+
Where: Online on Google Meet
FREE

The group is open to all LGBTQIA people, including trans, nonbinary, questioning, and gender-diverse folks, ages 13+. This is a space where queer and trans people with disabilities can chat about their experiences, discuss chosen topics, and share resources and validation. What: Community support group for trans/gender-diverse and questioning people.
When: 4th Saturday of the month @ 3:30p PT
Who: Trans/gender-diverse or questioning folks, ages 16+
Where: Virtual on Google Meet
