BRO SUMMIT

Saturday, October 12, 2024 | 9:00 AM

Unitarian Universalist Church of Eugene
1685 W 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402

Our stories shape our future. For far too long, Queer and Trans people have been silenced, marginalized, and excluded from media, literature, education, and history. Even with these structural systems to silence our voices and isolate us, we are a strong community with a whole lot of history.

Basic Rights Oregon will host this bi-annual conference in Eugene, OR, on October 12th, at the Unitarian Universalist Church from 9-5PM. In this conference, we will provide a space for introductory education to the political power and successes we have been afforded from the tireless efforts of those who came before us. We will also discuss the current attacks on our communities, and what we are doing (and could do) to fight back, from local school boards to our state legislature!

Register by Friday, October 4th
