Wed, Feb 22: Queer Youth Yoga

Classes are FREE. All genders, sexualities, and expressions welcome. These classes are also for all abilities, bodies, and experience levels. Bring your friends!

4 p.m. – Willamette High School

There are yoga mats available.

6 p.m. – Sheldon Community Center

All youth, ages 8-12

There are yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bands available.

Wed, Feb 22: Gender Diverse Yoga

What: Yoga class
When: Wednesdays @ 7p, see our website for dates
Who: Trans/gender-diverse folks, 13+
Where: In person (Sheldon Community Center) and virtual (Zoom)
FREE

To join us in person, meet us at Sheldon Community Center (2445 Willakenzie Rd, Eugene) in the Hazelnut Room. There will be someone at the front desk who can direct you. We’ll have mats, blocks, straps, chairs, and bands available. We also stream on Zoom.

Thurs, Feb 23: Queer, Trans & Disability Group

What: Queer, Trans & Disability Support Group
When: Thursdays @ 6p
Who: Queer & trans people who are disabled, ages 13+
Where: Online on Google Meet
FREE

The group is open to all LGBTQIA people, including trans, nonbinary, questioning, and gender-diverse folks, ages 13+. This is a space where queer and trans people with disabilities can chat about their experiences, discuss chosen topics, and share resources and validation. Sat, Feb 25: Trans Community SPTG

This week meets on Zoom!

What: Community support group for trans/gender-diverse and questioning people.
When: 4th Saturday of the month @ 3:30p PT
Who: Trans/gender-diverse or questioning folks, ages 16+
Where: Virtual on Zoom
FREE

Our Trans Community Support Group meets twice per month; the second Saturday group meets in person and the fourth Saturday group meets on Zoom. Click the photo for more information.
