APRIL: VOICE TRAINING WORKSHOP SERIES
|
|

WHAT
In this 3-session workshop, participants will learn through a variety of vocal exploration exercises how to align their speech with their identity. We will cover basic anatomy and physiology and different acoustic measures and how they impact perception of gender. Knowledge from each session is cumulative, meaning participants will gain a more complete understanding of their voice and how to alter it over all three courses.

Ongoing: Peer Support Services
|

WHAT
Our peer support sessions offer compassionate, confidential guidance for individuals navigating mental health challenges, social transitions, or simply seeking a supportive conversation. Our service uses lived experience to offer person centered support. There is no one glove that fits all with peer support and it will look different for each individual.
WHEN
Appointments are scheduled on a rolling basis. Simply fill out our interest form and expect a response within 3–7 days. Same-week appointments may be available when indicated.
WHO
Open to anyone aged 14 and up. While our service uses the expertise from lived experiences within the trans and gender-diverse community, all individuals seeking support are warmly welcome.
WHERE
Currently offered via telehealth, ensuring safe and convenient access until in-person sessions resume.

WHAT
HIV Alliance and TransPonder offer free local hormone injection supply drop-off services for those with financial needs and/or transportation issues.
WHEN
Orders must be placed by Tuesdays at 5:00 PM; Drop-off is on Thursdays

Free Home Delivery in the Eugene/Springfield area (If you live outside the drop-off boundary or can’t have supplies dropped off to you, you can pick up injection supplies at The Lavender Network, 440 Maxwell Road, Eugene, OR 97404)

You can also drop off used sharps containers with us and/or with HIV Alliance. Contact us for our hours; contact HIV Alliance for their syringe exchange service hours. You can also sign up to receive an at-home HIV testing kit. You do not have to order hormone injection supplies to receive a kit.
